CARPENTER'S SHOP
All men are invited to join us at the Community Centre each Saturday morning from 7:20 to 8:30 for breakfast and an informal discussion of a faith issue. A hearty appetite is an advantage. Come and see if you enjoy the experience. If you have any queries, ring Les on 0401 541 666.

ADULT CHRISTIAN INITIATION AT ST PETER'S PARISH
The St. Peter's adult Christian initiation process, or RCIA, for people wishing to become Catholic, is now open for enrolment of new applicants. The program prepares unbaptised adults 16 years and older for the sacraments of initiation next Easter, and also baptised Christians, who wish to receive the sacraments of Holy Communion and Confirmation in the Catholic Church. The program runs for 9 months to prepare the candidates to receive the sacraments. An appointment for new applicants may be made for Wednesday 18th July from 7:30 to 8:45pm in the Parish Theatrette, 38 Guinane Ave, Hoppers Crossing. YOUNG ADULTS GROUP
Are you a young person trying to figure out life and faith? Come and join us for a fun time, real talk and light dinner. All are welcome (ages 18-29) so bring your friends! Meet us in the hall Sunday @ 6:00pm. Any questions contact Rhea on 0419 046 809.
CATHOLIC MISSION PROPAGATION OF FAITH APPEAL
There will be a 3rd Collection at all masses this weekend for Catholic Mission Propagation of the Faith Appeal. We thank you for your generosity.
JOSEPH’S CORNER COUNSELLING SERVICE SHOP
There will be a stall in the hall at all Masses the weekend of July 28/29 featuring Bric-a-Brac, knitting and crochet goods from Joseph’s Corner Counselling Service shop "MERRIJIG" in Yarraville. The shop raises funds to help keep the Counselling Service going. The Free Service is for Partners and Family members of people affected by addiction. If you can find something to purchase at the stall, you will be helping to keep this service continuing. There will also be a donation box at the stall for anyone wanting to make a cash donation. We thank you in advance for your generosity.
THANKSGIVING ENVELOPES
Thanksgiving Envelopes, Direct Debit and Credit Card will be available for collection from the hall this weekend. A very big thank you to all the volunteers who work so hard to get this organised in time.
