WIDENING THE DOOR OF HOPE
A response to the Victoria Assisted Dying Legislation.

The only jurisdiction in the world to legalise euthanasia during 2017 was the Victorian Parliament. Without a vote of the people of Victoria and rushed through Parliament in the most extra-ordinary all night sittings, the Act is scheduled to come into effect in June 2019. Many questions relating to the law remain unanswered. The implications for health professionals, aged care workers and ordinary Victorians remain unclear. Tuesday 20th November, 7:00pm light refreshments, 7:30pm start. At mercy Theatre, Australian Catholic University, 115 Victoria Parade, Fitzroy. RSVP/Inquiries to 03-9926 5727 or justice@cam.org.au
