TWEET FROM POPE FRANCIS
God has placed this plan in our hearts and in all creation: to love Him, our brothers and sisters, and the whole world, and to find true happiness in this love.

STEWARDSHIP CORNER
May 19, 2019 – 5th Sunday of Easter
“I give you a new commandment: love one another. As I have loved you, so you also should love one another." (John 13:34)

It is easy to love someone when they love you back. But it takes strength and courage to love someone when we feel unappreciated, used or feel our opinion doesn’t matter. It takes courage to “love my neighbor” when he may be someone I don’t like, someone I don’t know or someone that doesn’t look like me.

MASS FOR EXPECTANT MOTHERS
The Life, Marriage & Family Office warmly invite all expectant mothers and their families to the Mass for Expectant Mothers to be celebrated by Archbishop Comensoli at St Patrick's Cathedral on Sunday 2nd June at 11:00am. Registrations can be made online www.cam.org.au/lifemarriagefamily, lmf@cam.org.au or call 9287 5587. Please note that registration closes on Friday 24 May. Expectant mothers who register will receive a small token of recognition.

Volunteers are required for an after school homework program for 30 refugee and migrant primary school children Mondays and another 30 on Tuesdays at Penrose Promenade Community Centre, 83 Penrose Promenade, Tarneit 3029.
