BLESSING FOR ALL PREGNANT MOTHERS AND THEIR UNBORN BABIES
To mark the Feast of the Annunciation celebrated on Monday 9th April, Father will be giving a special blessing for all pregnant mothers and their unborn babies at the conclusion of all Masses this weekend.

HIS SCHOOL OF DISCIPLESHIP
The Holy Spirit Interactive (HSI) School of Discipleship commences at 6:15pm on Sunday, 15th April at the Parish Community Centre. This is a faith outreach program where members convene to study more about our faith along with prayers and fellowship. A reminder to please return all Project Compassion boxes either to the Parish Office or by leaving them on the table outside the Sacristy after the weekend Masses. Your donations are greatly appreciated.
WELCOME
We welcome into our Church community Aida and Carlos Lopez, Louisa Agatep and Mason Farrugia who are to be baptised this Sunday. With the guidance of the Holy Spirit and the love of Parents, Godparents, family and friends, we pray that these children will lead a life full of happiness, faith and love.
MOVIE NIGHT FRIDAY APRIL 20TH AT 7:00PM
Our Young Adults will be hosting the next movie night on Friday April 20, 2018. We will be screening the movie War Room PG a family story about the power of prayer. Gold Coin Donation. Sausage Sizzle, drinks and snacks with light entertainment commences 7:00pm for a movie start of 7:30pm. All parishioners, friends and family are welcome. It is a movie for all ages. YOUNG ADULTS GROUP
Young Adult Group for ages 18 to 29 yrs continue to meet every Sunday at 6:00pm in for prayer, worship and discussion about God and faith. We welcome all youth to attend. Meet in the Parish hall at 6:00pm. Enquiries contact Angelique on 0420 338 231.
KNK/YOUNG ADULTS – PRAISE AND WORSHIP
The Young Adults group will be joining with KNK to host the KNK Praise and Worship session on Saturday 21st April. This will include adoration, praise and worship and a special talk by one of the youth leaders. Commencing in the Church at 2:30pm followed by fellowship and light refreshments. We welcome all parishioners to attend.
WESTERN REGION SACRED MUSIC CONCERT, THOMAS CARR COLLEGE, 7:00PM MAY 10
On Thursday May 10, the following Colleges from the Western Region will be performing in a Sacred Music Concert at Thomas Carr College, 35 Thomas Carr Drive, Tarneit.

GOOD SHEPHERD SUNDAY 2018
Next Sunday is the World Day of Vocations. In his Letter for this Day, Pope Francis reminds us:
‘God comes silently and discreetly, without imposing on our freedom. Thus it can happen that his voice is drowned out by the many worries and concerns that fill our minds and hearts.’
Let us all offer one prayer this week for the young people that we know. Let us pray that they will hear the voice of the Good Shepherd amidst the daily events of their lives.
STEWARDSHIP CORNER – APRIL 15, 2018 - 3RD SUNDAY OF EASTER
“Jesus himself stood among them and said to them, ‘Peace be with you.’ But they were startled and frightened…” – LUKE 24:36-37
Throughout the day we have many opportunities to “see the face of Jesus” in others and to “be the face of Jesus” to others. Do we take that opportunity to provide “peace” to those we encounter or are we afraid of what others will think of us and do nothing? Pray for the strength to live a “God-centered” life and not a “self-centered” life.
