SAUSAGE SIZZLE & MUFFIN STALL
After all Masses next weekend, 29/30 April, the Ladies Auxiliary will have a muffin stall in conjunction with the Sausage Sizzle. Volunteers are requested to assist with the Sausage Sizzle.
BRIC-A-BRAC STALL
On the weekend of 6/7 May there will be a Bric-A-Brac Stall to support the Joseph’s Corner Counselling Service. Many items on sale including Knitted Knee Blankets, Scarves, Beanies and much more. We thank you very much for your support.
BIBLE STUDY TOMORROW

MONTH OF MAY MASS COUNT
Parishioners, please note that as required by our Archdiocese each year, there will be a mass count at all masses for the first four weekends in May. Could we please request volunteers to assist with these counts. The count is also required to be taken at the Filipino, Polish and Spanish masses for the first four weekends in May.
ST MARY’S WILLIAMSTOWN CELEBRATES 175 YEARS
St Mary's Primary School at 118 Cecil Street, Williamstown is celebrating 175 years of continuous Catholic education. Founded in 1842, St Mary's Primary has been identified as the oldest continuously operating Catholic school in Victoria, creating a proud history which includes a direct association with the Sisters of St Joseph from 1900 to 1999. The strong link between parish, school and community continues today. Three events will celebrate St Mary’s special anniversary: Friday 19 May, the celebration ball at 6:00pm; Sunday 21 May, Thanksgiving Mass at 10:30am followed by luncheon and open school; and Saturday 19 August, staff reunion from 12pm. URGENTLY WANTED: VOLUNTEER WORKERS for Balgo Parish
The Diocese of Broome, WA, requires volunteers to assist with the work of the local Church on Aboriginal Missions. We are currently seeking a couple in Balgo to assist the Priest in the running of the Parish. There are several other roles in the Kimberley for single people or couples also available. Come and be inspired with more creative ways to feed your family’s soul as well as their stomach. Fr. Leo is a talented Chef and Catholic priest. His ‘Grace Before Meals’ Ministry brings together a love of fine food with the importance of family meals and celebrating our faith. Along with a demonstration and presentation by Fr. Leo, the afternoon will provide an opportunity to sample his food and that of some of Melbourne’s Catholic migrant communities. Due to limited seating, bookings are essential.
